Looking for a problem free riding season?

 

If you're buying a part for your motorcycle in New Brunswick this spring, chances are your order will pass through the hands of Chuck Desrosiers and his staff at Mid-USA Cycle Parts Inc. in Burlington, Ont.

In existence since 1984, the company is a warehouse distributor, manufacturer and exporter of motorcycle parts and accessories.

"We sell parts to fit motorcycles manufactured by the Harley-Davidson Motor Co. and other American made motorcycles," Chuck explains.

The way the firm works is that its workers distribute motorcycle parts and accessories to motorcycle dealers, parts and accessory stores across Canada and the United States and to other distributors worldwide.

"We distribute the best product available on the aftermarket and continually expand our market and product line to provide these products to our customers," he says.

Mid-USA Cycle Parts was established in September, 1984 by Bob Battefeld, Sandi Morrison and Les Morrison. It was incorporated two months later.

"Their combined total experience in the motorcycle parts distributing business was in excess of 50 years at that time," he adds.

With more than 15 years of supply parts to dealers across Canada, the firm has major warehouses in both Burlington, Ont. and St. Louis, Missouri and Sparks, Nevada.

One thing Chuck is particularly proud of is the fact that the firm has a "fill rate" for orders of parts at between 90 and 95 per cent. That means they almost always have the parts in stock to fill the dealers' orders.

"So when you order parts through our Canadian dealer network you're more than likely going to have it within one to two days across Canada.

"We really listen to our dealers," Chuck adds.

Besides being the first national distributor for Harley Davidson parts, Mid-USA Cycle Parts Inc. was the only supplier to host a Canadian Biker television show, which they have done for the last two years. This is an entirely Canadian show at www.bikertv.ca.

The company was also the major sponsor of the first ever Canadian National Biker Build-off (www.custombikebuilding.beltdrivebetty.com).

They support many small events in communities across Canada and the United States as well, and are also a sponsor of Breast Cancer Support Services.

They have provided custom made bikes as prizes for these events.

This Bike won Big Time Prizes at the Past Saint John Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Show, held this past May, 2006 here in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

All the winning prize categories will be posted very shortly, as soon as I get the information, from one of the Cruisers Custom Cycle Owners. Cruisers Custom Cycle supplied the Motor For This Baby.
